The history of the company until the establishment of the current Kurabo International.

November 1948 Kurabo　textile Takamiya Mengyo Industries Co., Ltd. founded.
April 1956 Upraize
 Daifuku Hifuku Co., Ltd. founded.
January 1959 Kurabo　textile Takamiya Mengyo's Tokyo Sub-Branch founded.
November 1973 Kurabo apparel Kurabo apparel Co., Ltd. founded.
October 1973 Kurabo apparel Murakami and Takeda Plants taken over from Soei Sangyo.
June 1976 Kurabo　textile  Takamiya became an affiliate of Kurabo Industries, Ltd.　
May 1983 Kurabo apparel TSS (Toyota Sewing System) production system adopted at the Murakami Plant.
January 1984 Upraize Daifuku Hifuku Co., Ltd. name changed to Uprise. Main office moved
to its current location at the Fukuyama Business Office.
February 1991 Upraize Increased its capital to 100 million yen and became a wholly owned subsidiary
of Kurabo Industries.　　　　
October 1991 Kurabo　textile Takamiya name changed to Kurabo Textiles Co., Ltd.
November 1995 Kurabo apparel　 CAD System adopted at the Murakami Plant.
October 1999 Kurabo　textile Capital increased to 200 million yen.
August 2000 Kurabo apparel CAM system adopted at the Murakami Plant.　　
January 2002 Kurabo　textile Shanghai Business Office opened.
August 2005 Kurabo apparel　 Shanghai Business Office opened.　
August 2005 Kurabo　textile Head Office moved to the Kurabo Annex Building in Kyutaro-machi, Chuo-ku, Osaka.　
May 2008 Kurabo apparelHead Office moved to the Kurabo Head Office Building in Kyutaro-machi, Chuo-ku, Osaka.　
November 2009 Kurabo textile Kurabo apparel　 With the founding of Kurabo Shanghai Co., Ltd., the Shanghai office operations of Kurabo Textiles and Kurabo Apparel merged under this new trading company.
July 2010kurabo International Kurabo Apparel, Kurabo Textiles, and Uprise merged.　　　　
February 2011 kurabo International  Tokyo Branch Office moved to Kodenma-cho, Shin Nihonbashi in Chuo-ku, Tokyo.
October 2011 kurabo International　　 Joint investment made with Kurabo Industries in PT. AKURABENITAMA sewing plant in Indonesia.
January 2012 kurabo International　　 Capital increased from 200 million yen to 350 million yen.
February 2012 kurabo International　Ho Chi Minh Local Representative Office opened.
November 2013 kurabo International　Dhaka Representative Office opened.　　　
April 2014 kurabo International　　 Jakarta Representative Office opened.
February 2015 kurabo International　The resident office in Bangladesh moved from Dhaka to Chittagong.
May 2015 kurabo International Japan's Niigata Murakami Plant and Hyogo Takeda Plant have achieved "J∞QUALITY" as a high-quality certification of the Japanese system in the sewing field.　　　　
April 2020 kurabo International Jakarta office was transferred to AK.AKURABENITAMA.
